There is a lady here in my village that does paper art cutting too, she has had exhibitions all over the world, she is 80+ now and I haven’t seen her in years but I visited her several times and saw how she did the cutting, I expected her to use a”very special very pointy” pair of scissors but no, she used an ordinary pair of scissors and it wasn’t small or pointy at all !!!
